PLC Interview 2009

To all Sec three Scouts
I've already sent the application form to mr cheong. Do get from him, fill it up and pass it back to juan peng asap. These are the following items you need for the interview:
1. passport sized photo in scout uniform
2. examination result slips (last yr's final)
3. school certifications / testimonals
4. achievements / awards certificates
5. physical fitness test report (latest)
6. scout record book
7. medical report (if any)
8. any other relevant documents that you think may help you in the interview
And also, pls remember to be proper attired in ur full scout uniform when reporting for the interview.
As for the individual timing to report, SL qihao will make known to u through the blog soon.
